Working principle
During the operation of this series of hydraulic cone crushers, the electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through a V-belt, transmission shaft, and bevel gear pair. The moving cone undergoes a swinging motion under the action of the eccentric sleeve, causing it to approach and deviate from the fixed cone at times. The material is constantly crushed and impacted in the crushing chamber, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower part.
